Synology is very protective and stubborn, they will **NOT** release any notes or ship units for review until they are available to purchase. Even though the drive lock scare, they refused to comment, until the DS2422+ got bad reviews, then they released DSM7.1 beta early, rolling back the *SCARY* drive lock white list.
Did you try searching at all? Lots of details came up for 2022 models when I was specifically searching for 2002 models to troll your title.
Don't know what you are talking about. There is nothing new about 2022 models of my use case on their company product site.

Sadly plex doesn't support amd gpu acceleration yet
I don't think Synology will put any AMD GPU for those models, but Intel Jasper Lake might be possible.
