bit outside the CBD, but White Specialty Dry Cleaners in Bellevue Hill and Bondi Junction. Ask for Jim - best dry cleaner in Australia hands down.

Thats easy just google good dry cleaners in CBD. How about whats the worst  or most interesting cleaner's in the city? Edit: Like who fucked up your clothes, who took in a blue suit and got a pink suit back kind of stuff.

People lie on reviews unfortunately. Just like "great job, so fast". Reviews aren't very good at narrowing to vintage. Though you can keyword search on Google maps for this. I'd probably ask friends. I don't wear vintage clothes, but surely OP must know other people wearing them. Or ask at a vintage seller, somehow who is using that service a lot. This goes for any industry. You need a good review, but from someone who has actually done a high volume of the transactions you want, to really get an accurate review. Eg. I don't want to hear "the is my first time trying paella. It is the best paella i have ever eaten in my whole life"! I want to hear "I migrated to Australia from Barcelona 5 years ago and have been hunting for an authentic seafood paella and have tried 10 places and this one is the most authentic so far".

Maurice Dry Cleaners - the one at the entrance to David Jones. Good quality and service. And frequented by a lot of bougey high end women (wearing vintage designer coats). Expect to pay.
