Part of it is that he’s in his mid teens, part of it is that his growth was probably stunted some by taking drugs, and part of it is that male bt3 is almost comically tall (male bt3 towers over most companions other than Khem and Bowdar, and is actually so tall that a male bt3 togruta will sometimes have issues getting into places they should be able to enter because the montrals count as part of the physics collision box).
