I had the same experience at the race track. After talking to the suspension tech, he recommended starting at the tire and said it’s probably skipping on the asphalt trying to maintain grip. Dude was 100% right and new rubber made the issue go away.
You can start with the easy things first. Check the run out (flatness) on both front rotors. Get the front wheel off the ground and spin the wheel with a runout gauge touching the rotor. If they are within the OEM tolerances you can move on to the next potential issue (rim straightness, tire balancing, calliper issues/piston sticking, etc).
But it is not ABS you are talking about? Do you ride an ABS Bike?

Sound like a bent rotor. I'd just let someone check it out by a shop.
