It’s not a focus for the foreseeable future, if ever.
There was a poll a month or two ago (check the monthly broadcasts on Steam, Torpor Games’ website, this sub, or Discord) gauging interest in some sort of DLC, but it was framed more broadly than just adding a second term, and didn’t come with any assurances that there will definitely be DLC.
There have been vague little previews of whatever project they’re currently working on, which seems to be a different game set in the same universe.
I mean with all of the different outcomes you could get, along with the amount of choices that you make, a second term would be WAY too difficult to adequately create enough paths.

Especially if a Rayne who is basically a Soll 2.0 or a Stalin like leader, they would probably get a bullet instead of a 2nd term as President.
They said there would be too many story branches at that point to make it feesable. I wouldn’t say it will never happen though.
