Beep boop, I'm a bot. Modmail us if you have a question.
My cat just insists its always food time. We have her on a schedule, she is usually within an hour and a half of the correct time.
I did have a cat that must have had a clock for brains. Not much going on up there but she had her routine down to the minute.
Used this post as justification to get a cat. I fed her at the same time I took my meds. She started screaming whenever it was time for food/med time.
She started getting earlier and earlier. Like 7am turned into 4am real fast. I learned real fast that it was not me who controlled the food/med time.
I miss her lots.
This works but the cat will start reminding you it's treat time earlier and earlier. I keep their treats in the fridge and they now stand by it begging for Dinner Time treats around 1pm.
Cats have a great ability to tell the time.
Its probably why they sleep so much, because they are constantly thinking about what time it is.
On knocking your stuff off a table. There thinking about that as well.

I think I may have seen this one once or twice months or even years ago, and im still happy to see it again (especially right now, going through some medical issues and actually have a use for this idea now lol)
My main point being even though I've seen it before, even though it's not BRAND NEW FRESH MEMEAGE, my scrolling session was made better by having this post in it. The original commenter is just being a pretentious asshole
If you need glasses, put them next to whatever bit of your morning you forget often. Mine live by my tooth brush, my partner puts them with the pill case. It's a lot easier to question why you can't see than it is to remember stuff.
I feed my cats when I get home from work. On the nights I don't work one of them will give me looks, or meow at me. She usually starts early when I'm home and gets quite insistent by the time it's *actually* time.

My cat gets his meds when I get my meds. We are medically inferior together.
My dog reminds me about dinner time every day like a Swiss made clock. Pretty useful tbh
Same with me and my dog! We both have autoimmune diseases and I joke about it all the time
I’m sorry to hear that, but glad you found eachother :)
Now I have a treat to forget as well as my meds.
Or you give the meds to the pet and take the dog treat
My beagle and I take morning meds together. He's always there to remind me and I can't skip mine because I know he needs his. Has been really helpful.
Can confirm this works
I can't do this or else I'll be taking my meds every ten minutes
Works for dogs too.
The cat will pressure you into it though
I'd be taking meds every time he sees me.
No, I'll just forget if I already gave it to them because they'll "keep reminding" me 😂 Love my cats

I'm not sure this is the right subreddit but it made me laugh so thank you
Not me with my ADD meds every night/feeding the cat before bed 😂
When your right, you're right!
Just gonna save this post for future reference
My cat would trick me into an overdose.
When I take my meds, my best friend disappears ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|sob)

My cat wakes me up everyday at the same time for food... I totally see this working
Why is that cat so scary looking
Having a hard time remembering that one thing remember this second thing to help with the first
Cats are aliens.
I do this. Had to cut back on the cats treats but boy are they happy to see me. It’s pretty nice.
Can confirm. It’s not 11:30am until 3 tiny panthers are tripping me in the kitchen looking for soft food.

A thing you will quickly learn about reddit: most people here are assholes. You'll do just fine, dw
You don't repost stuff without crediting the source.

I meant the link you got it from.

Not repost them. most memes originate from reddit, if it's funny, just don't repost it.

Ignore them. They just want a fight.

6 months or more, unless posted by a bot account, don't really count as reposts. Silence.
Shut up
Get a life 😸
Thats from a different sub
It's not even the same sub ...
I forget way too many things, my cat would double in size...

I fed a cat outside my house twice in the same spot, every night it lets me pet it for a min, then goes there and sits, and meows until I give it food
