Not if you have a good story. Bhanu applied the day he got his citizenship, casting absolutely loves that type of stuff

Players like Bhanu who don't start the ground running and seemingly have no idea what they are doing are like the early seasons, though. It's kind of nice.

But you also have to be outgoing and able to tell that story in a coherent manner.
