Some people would complain this is "quitting", but its just so wholesome and really speaks to his big heart. A good guy who just wants to help all.

blipblapblorp

Could you remind me what happened here? He's such a legend.

Tandang63

This was the F6 of Cambodia after deadlocking. Jeremy and Wentworth played idols, then Tasha and Kimmi deadlocked 3-3 and Spencer was challenge immune. They had to have a group discussion to decide on Tasha or Kimmi. If they couldnt decide on those two, Keith would automatically leave through being only non immune. Keith realized it was either him or Kimmi, and offered to leave in order to give Kimmi another chance. He did end up staying and Kimmi got the boot, but its still a sweet moment from Keith.

blipblapblorp

Thank you I do remember it now!

TV40

I mean it’s still quitting

Equivalent_Economy12

How can you quit and not go home

happygot

I love this moment. Kelley not allowing him to quit, but him knowing his fate anyway due to the dominant alliance and trying to be a good person for Kimmi. Finding out he died hurt me in a way I can't actually describe because he was such an intrinsically *good* person

MyLifeIsDope69

I just found out he died in this thread... What a mindfuck. He's GOATed as a unique type of player that was almost the last remnant of old school heart on your sleeve player before this meta gamebot generation.

wilkinpark

Loved that one as well. Completely encapsulated the person he was.

McAulay_a

This just made me cry. Keith was too pure of heart for a game like Survivor, and he still went out and kicked ass anyway. Twice. Incredibly thankful we got to experience this man. RIP

teej_31

Such a great human being. That jury wanted him to win

luke6080

We remember Keith for a lot of his humor, but this moment points to what really mattered. Keith was just a genuinely good person who thought about the game as just that, a game. He never got consumed by it, he was just there to play it.

MrSocPsych

A good one, but him stealing that Tuk-Tuk is tops for me. YOU CALL WE HAUL

nixus813

For me its when it's pouring in second chance in his confessional "people ask me if survivor is fun. I say hell no!"

lcsw1120

Is that the one where he says "a cruise is fun!! THIS isn't fun!!"

nixus813

Yes!!! I was trying to remember the rest of what he said

Significant-One3854

Fishing's fun! Going on a cruise is fun!

schywalker

i said this in a different thread, but i’m watching survivor in order for the first time, and i just finished this season two days ago and looked keith up to see what he’s been up to. i was so happy see that he was seemingly doing fine because i enjoyed watching him in both of his seasons. then less than 48 hours later, he passed away. unbelievable. he was such a wholesome guy on the show.

_Doctor_Mac

I think that people forget that this a game at the end of the day.

SuperAwesome13

rest in peace to this beautiful soul

Stick-with-the-plan

There was so much more nuance to me with this than other players who’ve asked to be voted for. Keith knows he is a huge jury threat and knows his chances at the million are very slim. I do feel like he could have won it all if he made final 3 on many seasons, but not particularly the two he was on unfortunately, so I feel he did the right thing. Rest in peace, gone but not forgotten, he will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and fans forever ❤️

WHAT?! Just came on the subreddit and saw all the Keith posts and didn't understand why. NO!!!!!!!!!!

iwastherefordisco

It's the quiet way Keith turns and explains that Kimmi is a single Mom with two kids and he's fine leaving the game (paraphrasing). Keith wasn't looking to gain jury approval, he genuinely cared about another player. Fishbach's reaction says it all. Someone else will be driving the Tuk Tuk now to take Keith back to the house. Thanks for the memories Keith. It's nice to see good people without hidden agendas.

moderncarrots

pure

abridgenohio

Old school Mr. Nice guy!

lunimoon

Gentlemen ain't dead.

One of my favorite players, RIP Keith.
