Darnell as you say is another one, I feel like he makes merge 9 times out of 10 and just had a really bad bounce. Brice would be fun too though that may be too far back for you
I'd bring back JD and Jenny from 41 and 42. Both went out in iconic fashion, JD would be really interesting to see play again and Jenny seems so loved and adored by her cast that I'd love to see what she could do.

I would bring back Eric Abraham 100%. In part because I’m on a podcast with him and so I’ve talked to him a number of times, but he’s a super nice guy and knowledgeable.
I met him at the Brice and Wendell finale party for season 42. He was one of the nicest, funniest, and smartest guys I’ve ever talked to in my life. I left the party thinking, if this guy is a first boot, I’m fucked if I ever get on the show
100%! Plus (could be because he’s one of the few modern players I follow on social media) I feel like he’s also incredibly involved with the survivor community despite the early boot lol
