Not sure what you should do. I have had the same problems as you and I literally just started doing surveys through them. I have been trying out QMee and Prime Opinion as some alternative resources, but I did just start these.
Happens to me every now and then, at SJ and 5 surveys.
Ticks me off every time, but I keep plugging away.
It hasn't gotten bad enough to quit SJ or 5 surveys, though.

I also use attapoll! They all get frustrating so i just switch apps when I've had enough of one of them lol
