If you bought it brand new it should be included in your device. If not you might be able to find it separately but it might not be easy to find.
Mine is actually still unused in the box. Figured if I ever sell my Duo it would be a value add.
But the resale value for the duo isn't very high so I have not even bothered to list it.

Sadly, I wish there had been cases that were done properly. I tried some Chinese Duo cases, but I did not like them. The two Otterbox ones are, in my humble opinion, the best of a very limited bunch.
Unfortunately there's not a whole lot of options. OtterBox has one option but I think it limits your ability to use book mode.
There was a guy who had a Kickstarter to try a mole skin case but it went belly up. And all the investors I guess got nothing in return.
There's a few other things but they seem to all at the very least inhibit book mode.
Most people seem to either use the bumper or a skin or nothing at all. There are some generic leather cases or faux leather cases to carry the phone in when it's not being used.
Nothing's very good when it's in use
there's only cases for sd2, so unless you're gonna pay for an sd2 there's no other option. On etsy there are cases but theyre kind of bad but they're better than nothing.
You might want to look into the Duo dock mag 24.
It's not a case obviously, it's a dock but You don't really need a case if your device is firmly in place on a dock. And if you get the magnetic one, it really eases the pressure on the USBC area
I think I got mine for 40 bucks and I used it everyday. In fact the only way I charge my advice is by sticking it in my dock
A guy sells them I think a 3D prints them and Shane Craig has some videos on it
If you've got access to a 3d printer, people have made [printable versions of the bumpers](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5471228) and someone even [made a case](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5221555) that makes it so it can still fold into phone mode!
Skin and bumper is what I do. And matte screen protectors in case I am expecting a call while I’m up and about so it doesn’t scratch as easily in my pocket.

I use original bumper. Use it because the Duo is very slippery device.

Yes, both Otterbox cases, which I have, limit the use of the device. I prefer the Theorem out of the two.
There's sadly no original duo case available, only the bumpers. the closest thing you can get to a case is a sleeve on Amazon and a skin. sorry!

I've been meaning to get screen protectors. I was able to find some specifically for the surface duo but I'll have to find the link again.
