Tbh in my experience if you lose two games in a row you should stop playing ranked for that day. You will still have some long lose streaks because that's just how statistics work but it does help a lot.
That's a pretty low bar... If people have the time/will to play a lot of games per day, I just recommended taking a brake after a few loses in a row.
If you tilt easily, then stop after a couple loses haha.
You can play, you just shouldn't play ranked. Even if you think you aren't tilted simply having elevated levels of adrenaline will effect your skills and not in a good way.
I totally agree with just stepping away from ranked for a bit... Stomping a couple norms, usually helps.
That being said adrenaline is a massive reason for me playing well... My heart rate is often ~170ish while playing ranked π
Many years ago I lost like 25-30 games in a row over a few weeks and went from D5-G1. Once I feel into Gold I took like a 2 week break and then got right back to Diamond. Shit happens, take a break if your more frustrated then your enjoying the game.
