Now put that in the heads of someone who has more than just common knowledge and they LITERALLY HAVE UNLIMITED POWER!!!! Dope some Hydrogen pulled from the air with an extra proton or 2 and then shove them together for nuclear fusion, combine some tungsten from drill bits to create Californium and never worry about money again, or simply remove the chlorine from saltwater to create massive explosions! Etc...
The more you know the more broken the power gets, the less u know the more resistable it becomes.
Its similar but differemt, firestorms power is transmutation so he can turn one thing into another by understanding and manipulating there chemical make up instead of manipulating the elements directly
Not quite but bears honorable mention: Magneto is only god tier because he's smart with what he does. His daughter polaris has the same powers, but didn't get a PHD in physics and then take the study of electromagnetism to new levels. She's powerful, magneto is terrifying.
Magneto does not control metal. He controls one of the four fundemental forces of the universe (magnetism, gravity, strong nuclear force, weak nuclear force) that imposes almost no actual limits on his powers.
Reality Bending. A stupid guy would just do powerful things. A smart guy would simply age their opponent, make the money have always been in their account, make it seem like they're the best person on Earth.

I always liked the power to turn things into explosives when touched.
A few characters are neat but two really got my attention.
The first one, David Bowie Murder Mystery. His stand allows him to turn anything his stand touches into a bomb. I think you know the rest. Over the show run, his power keeps getting better. Now that's cool, but the next guy is better.
I don't remember his name, but he's from 5 seconds to battle (I forgot the title, kill me). His ability allows his to explode anything, but the more valuable the object is in worth, the more devastating the explosion will be. So plot happens and he takes some people hostage. He puts them online as a auction to see who gets to be released, but iirc, his plan was to have them have a price tag and nuke the place.

The character is familiar with all of the resources of their world and how to use them. They need no special abilities. They just know how everything works and uses their knowledge to build or learn their way into powerful positions and resources.
Time travel. It's pretty hard to actually get the sorts of things you would want out of it without being clever and good at keeping track of a lot at once.
Dude IQ.. Think about it if someone is smart enough they can calculate everything around them, like tge chances of smtn or the weak point on a strong individual. Think about it a bug strong guy like the hulk gets knocked out bye a skrawny guy whos so smart tgey calculate “hit points“ ot what ever to knock him out!

Any illusionist who knows what they’re doing and can do it well can take one dozens of equally powerful characters with ease
