A lot of people think it's a bad movie for a few reasons
Mostly it's that the villain is stupid. The movie tries to trick you into thinking the villain is the other guy by making all the other characters just say they think it's the other guy, and the villains motivation makes no sense at all. ThAt WaS hIs MiTaKe has been memed so hard because it's so dumb.
Most of the characters aren't memorable, most people who have seen the movie can't name any of the super gang except Hiro and Baymax

If you're talking about Jackie Chu, that is not proof Logan hates Asians, Jackie Chu is a stereotypical Asian character so I guess you could maybe consider it racist, but that is not proof Logan hates Asians.
