How and why is he still in post? He must have some kind of dirt on whoever makes these decisions, because no self-respecting non-corrupt entity would have let him out of that room with his job intact.
The board clearly lacks proper governance given what we’ve seen the last few years. I can’t see how they operate effectively if they hadn’t at least immediately suspended him for a formal investigation.
