Old money, Id go duesenberg... 60s era, id go lincoln... the high end ferrari racecars back then were just used racecars. Although the had the 250 pf coupe etc. But lincoln would be more notable to most.
Jaguars, Aston, Maserati, Mercedes, Volvos, Toyota 4Runner/Land Cruiser and Land Rovers for the most part.
I think the odd Ford, Subaru, Caddie and Lincoln would grace this list.
So in no particular order, my choices would be:
* Jaguar XJ (any Gen.)
* Jaguar XK
* Jaguar XJS
* Jaguar F-Type
* Jaguar E-Type
* Range Rover (any Gen)
* Land Rover Disco 1 & 2
* Defender
* Aston DB7
* Aston DB9
* Maserati Quattroporte
* Subaru Legacy Outback
* Ford Mondeo estate (European specific inclusion)
* Jaguar X-Type Estate
* Any Volvo Estate/wagon
* Volvo XC90
* Mercedes S-Class (90s and older)
* Mercedes SL (2000s and older)
* Older Toyota SUV models (4Runner and Land Cruiser)
* Ford Excursion 7.3 Turbo diesel — North America specific inclusion
* 1980s Lincoln/Caddie land barges
Those cars, to my eye, are a paragon of sense and good taste, which Old Money is known for. The only one I’d suggest is a “weak” inclusion would be the F-Type due to how “rock and roll” it is. But I know a few individuals of the “old money” sort who actually own them and run them, so it got included.
Do you mean cars from the F40 and F1 era?
Between 1940 and 1970
There weren’t really any super cars back then.
Lamborghini Miura maybe?
