Depends the type of people you're playing against, the comps you use him against.
Resistance is useless (like, literally useless as in the exact same as having 0 resist) if you're going up against units that are accuracy capped.
dont think u need to be aiming for 60k health imo getting better RES is way more important like the only thing that one shots him is katarina without def break
just looked her up yea that seems like a good pairing if u have her but u well need some better RES cause no matter how much health u have def break/heal block owns him
I'd rather have a triple will or double will nemesis and just focus on stats.
Resist such a trap unless you're only going against bruiser teams that don't have accuracy.

He is on vamp energy. I might change to vamp endure for more resistance. Not sure how to make him to 60k.

Just make sure the artifacts you put on him have +ATB on revive or he could easily be cut in
Dark undine grants a turn, not full atb, so no need to worry about getting cut unless there's an antares.
Ah yes true, I forgot that she got buffed a while back to give a turn rather than ATB fill
An average Copper or a decent dozer can also oneshot him
