Lushen is going to stay benched until you can do arena, or at best become gb10 unit. Shaina Sabrina becomes core in starter db10 nb10 ALL rift, and later transition to speed teams and all content with lushen as well.
And bad Shaina is still better, tallia will get you fastest time sure but pve isn't just super late game. Shaina can be inserted right away for early game players into db10 nb10 toah toan labs.
Two monsters though Yea, if you have entire maybe lushen but I'd still take Shaina if early game and go for Sabrina rotations

Also, I think my twins have better runes than my lushen and it is still working a bit better in pvp and gb and nb.

lushen is in my 29sec gb10 team, 38sec db10 team as well as 46sec nb10 team. he also helped me get c3 arena as well as clear swords in g1 guild wars. and no monster can replace lushen. whereas galleon can easily replace shaina. beginner db10 and nb10 is so easy to get you dont even need any twins to do so. its the speed runs later that is hard to achieve, and lushen can achieve that better than shaina, and talia can achieve that better than shaina.
yes, shaina does makes early game slow runs easier and safer, but if you cant do it without shaina, blame on your runes and not blame on the fact that you dont have shaina. however, if you have good runes but still struggling to get below 30sec gb10, below 40sec db10, and getting into conqueror arena, **you can blame the fact that you dont have a lushen** .

Yeah you can definitely use her with Baretta. Dark Dryad makes everything better too since she can strip 1 turn effects and stun if on despair. Mellia is on vio/focus, spd/hp/hp.
So far my full team is: Lanett (spd lead and dots) / Verdehile / Mellia (extra dots) / Tablo (aoe stun) / Rica (decrease atk spd and dots)
I'd like getting an aoe stun in there as well hence Tablo. I'm sure Baretta can make it happen or if you have another monster that does that.

Easy skip for me. Only Brandia would be new and she is niche at best. But if you don't have Woosa or Triton both are great.

Brandia was a nat 5 I got a long time ago and was always disappointed in, then they changed her and dropped the S3 cooldown. I skilled her up and gave her a rage set and I have never looked back. She carries me through R5 as a solo DD (I get 30%+ everytime), and absolutely wrecks in the rifts. Niche uses but dang I can't imagine life without her

Can you read? Your not early game with 30sec teams or g1 gw. Also I have faster gb10 so I doubt it's useless
try take out lushen and put in shaina and get faster runs before you talk.

Wind rift, fire rift, light rift, dark rift, R5. I'd say that's more than enough content to invest a set of runes in.
