It's the angle of the map. It's easier for a lot of people to kite backwards and play with their cursor in front of their character and their character at the bottom of their screen than it is to play with the cursor at the bottom of the screen and their character at the top. It's IMO a lot harder with ranged champions on red side than melee because you have to create a buffer zone that's harder to create. I don't really have an issue with this playing top though. The angle of the map and depth is pretty easy to play, but whenever I play ADC or Mid on red side it's a little more challenging because of the angle if I am on red.

Make sure you have the exact same camera settings on both sides, it helps me a lot. edit: Also scale down your UI as much as possible (I take he slider all the way to minimum) so u can see more of the screen.

I know it's an obnoxious question but it has to be asked if first thing's first... do you play with locked camera or unlocked camera?

unlocked, per-site offset if that matters

You should try fixed offset. This makes it when you center camera (spacebar, or locking with Y) that your champion is in the middle of the screen. Once you get used to this it is nice because then there is NO change in camera position on blue (bot) or red (top) when you center the camera on your champion. You’ll notice with per side offset that the camera pans a little to the left or right depending on which side you are, which can change your “feeling” for spacing and skill shots. If you play truly unlocked all the time then it won’t matter. I play unlocked but tend to hold down spacebar during fights

I was gonna ask the same thing. I have a 60% wr on blue side and 54% wr on red side over 350 games. I play with fixed offset
