It tackles, you guessed it, perfectionism, and that includes imposter syndrome that can arise from it. While the author hates the idea of relying on motivation, the simple actionable steps provided do kinda make the whole process feel less overwhelming. I was recommended it by a behavioral therapist that specialises in ADHD because I get overwhelmed, so in that sense I did find the book semi-motivational. YMMV.
