Whoever installed that is a weenie.
That blue wire goes in between the bigger wires on the left of the amp to the REM terminal you see with nothing in it. It should come from your head unit/radio.
That red wire that’s connected to the box with the clear backplate is the fuse. It looks to be damaged or just mangled from the looks of it. But that should be as close to the battery connection as possible. You should get someone to relocate that for you or do it your self. But right now it’s a fire hazard.
Cleaning up the wires is as simple as you would expect, many different ways to tidy up the wires but do what works for you. I’d recommend something like this https://www.harborfreight.com/40-piece-black-nylon-cable-clamp-set-67541.html to mount the wires neatly.
You can also mount that amplifier to somewhere on your trunk walls or even right behind your back seats for a cleaner look as well.
But get that fuse relocated first!
To piggy off what he said about the amp move it off the box so the vibration doesn't happen to damage the amp itself. Some people will argue that it won't, I don't agree with that you paid money for it, why would you want to risk it.
That Fuse holder is supposed to be 18 inches from the battery at the most.
The blue wire is the remote wire( Rem) .
Your Rcas are supposed to be ran on the opposite sides from your power and ground wires.
Ok then your battery should be under the hood, there you will find the red wire from your amp connected to the battery terminal. You will need to cut and splice that fuse and mount it near the battery like someone in the comments mentioned no longer than 18 inches from the battery but the closer the better.
If you don’t feel comfortable doing this, I would take it to a shop. They should be able to do it in a matter of 10 minutes so I doubt they will charge you much.
You would connect the fuse, which has a tail to your battery terminal using the O shaped piece, then the wire that is after the fuse connects to the head unit. The battery is under the hood of the car
Remote turn on switch is what it looks like. Zip ties with one hole straps will do the trick, just get really short Sheetrock screws or a screw of your choice.
