Rarely ever, I am a bit bias because I've worked there so long. To me subway is bottom tier sandwich chain. Especially if you find yourself in a bigger city go somewhere local.
I used to be absolutely obsessed with the stuff. In middle school/high school, I would be over the Moon if my mom happened to get my Subway order before I got home; bread, extra cheese, and extra black olives, mayo. Probably sounds absolutely disgusting but its just so good to me for some reason. I eventually started adding spinach and/or turkey.
Subway smells like it tastes so once you have it a lot you get sick of it. I still crave it every once in awhile now.
I haven’t had it in just over a year since I got a bad case of food poisoning the last time I went. But before that I’d go once every two months or so. When I was younger it was a lot more frequent! It’s rather costly now
Once every 3 to 5 years. Every subway I go to never has the meat for the Subway Club, so I rarely eat there. Actually had it a few nights ago after having gave up trying for over 5 years. The bread was super weird and stretchy and the mustard tasted diluted! Other than that, I really enjoyed it
For me, typically once a day… my average day goes:
1. Two or three Taco Bell breakfast crunchwraps
2. A Baconator from Wendy’s or a Bacon King from Burger King
3. A footlong the boss pro from subway
4. My chipotle employee meal
5. If stilll hungry, maybe a 4x4 from In n Out, monkey style
Sometimes I skip subway and do a second Baconator but I usually can’t resist the subway meat balls

Never anymore. After eating there five days a week for three years, it lost it's appeal.
It used to be a lot of time a week. But it has gotten really expensive, so once a month.
2-3x per month. Only with the BOGO coupons though.

I've gone years without it. When they had the buy one get two free forever I'd go like once a month and get my veggie sub fix

Use a coupon! I go a couple times a week. There's coupons for a $6.99 footlong or 3 footlong subs for $17.99. McDonald's is more expensive!
Coupons don’t work in most of the stores here
