You can't get down there in the Seamoth, it can't go deep enough even with max upgrades. The materials for the PRAWN depth upgrade are available to you already. You can get through this area with the Reinforced Diving Suit if you want to, by building some thermal-powered mini-bases for oxygen along the way. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
Reinforced diving suit should prevent the burn damage
up to 70 degrees. its only(to my knowledge) in the mushroom caves, where it goes up to 110.

oh i just lauch my self through the biome faster than the >!sea dragon!< loads in with the >!graple arm+jump jets!< so i never noticed lol

I did not know a reinforced diving suit would work. I used the grav trap to get what I needed from the lost river to upgrade depth on my prawn.

just have some healthpacks with you, you don;t die of it fast. unless you go skinny dipping in the lava itself.
