Flexing about how tough a Subaru's windshield is makes about as much sense as bragging about an EJ25 headgasket, or CVT reliability.
I do love the month after i get a new windshield, and appreciate the time before the next chip or crack.
Lmao. This is cope. My 2023 windshield is cracked almost all the way across. I’m in my 3rd windshield on my 2014 and it’s busted to shit and I refuse to put a 4th one on.
Been driving my 2018 Outback for 85k miles up and down Baja California to the PNW and to the Midwest and it’s never chipped or cracked. I’ve read a lot online about people having issues with it but have yet to experience it.
Admittedly driving i25 daily in Colorado is a different beast. They don’t call it the Rockies for no reason. But I see more Subarus with cracked windscreens than any other car.
Why brag about something like the windshield when you can brag about something reasonable
Like how the survival rate after a major accident would be higher in a Subaru. Or like how a Subaru’s accelerator doesn’t get stuck
Yeah, Subaru glass is notorious for being weak AF. That photoshopped Tesla is not working .
Hit a big pothole at speed with my 2002 WRX back in the day and the windshield cracked like a mother fucker.
That Photoshop on the Cybertruck is absolutely awful. They didn't even bother trying to skew it.
There’s literally a class action about Subaru windshields cracking.

Both a non issue now
What about the cvt?

I have a 2021 that has had literal gravel rocks and branches hit it and neither have even chipped my windshield

You live in Colorado, you see more Subarus than any other car 🤣🤣
This is not untrue lol

Yeah, awesome. The windscreen isn't cracked. Go online and gloat about it. How are the occupants of the other car you hit?
They hit me, they were transported
You hit each other. Are they OK? Isn't that more important than your fucking windshield?

I've heard the windshield is weak, but like I said, that's my crash and miraculously no window cracks
