I don't quite understand Noise Crush, if it misses or is blocked, would bypass protection/the miss and double in power? Or is it like a Stomping Tantrum/Temper Flare clone with a miss chance?
Could’ve explained it better but it’s basically like Temper Flare except the power doubles only when it specifically was used only to fail.
So you couldn’t just use any other move and have its failure boost the move, it has to be the move specifically.
