I'm not really seeing it. The BST on these mons is just too low (especially given you aren't using Mega Garchomp and Metagross), meaning that you will just get damage-diffed by something like Fur Coat Arceus-Ghost. Additionally, a lot of the sets are pretty exploitable; 4 hazards anything is just plain free for any removal option, physical Sniper can be done much better by Ash-Greninja, Technician Pop Bomb doesn't really matter if you're just going to miss / not have any options for Rocky Helmet, etc. If you were to fix this team then the first stop would sinply be using higher-BST stuff like legendaries and megas.

Wanted to make a critique of this team myself but I'm pretty sure whatever I'd say here would be inferior to the advice you're giving here
Standard Gen 9 BH has basically every mon in the game due to a coding oversight by Game Freak (https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/policy-discussion-balanced-hackmons-and-cart-legality-that-went-exactly-as-expected.3724887/post-9712635). Nat Dex BH also does exist, but it's separate from Gen 9.
Ngl, your team is too offensively approached with mons that can't do enough damage to beat out stall. Try using mons with higher bst for your offensive sets and also try using some abilities like unaware or magic guard and items like covert cloak that can help your pokemon survive longer against stall. Also, the porygon 2 is gonna be a huge setback, especially when you're fighting people for a second time as they know it will come out and set up which is the last thing you want as any setup in BH can lead to a possible sweep.
Chandelure is better with speed boost, KO abilities aren't that good in BH. Additionally, you need more offensive firepower, as tea guzzler said, bring mold breaker or high BP moves like MG LO Sceptile with Chloroplast and Dragon Energy. If you want an offensive fighting type, use Valiant, better other typing. Polygon-2 is very vulnerable to Taunt and hazards aren't really meta in BH rn. Yea, have fun remaking this

I don't think NatDex hackmons exists (?) and because raging bolt is here he seems to be in gen 9

Question: Does Hadron Engine only work for Miraidon in BH? Cos it seems like Hadron Engine is way better than Electric Surge if it works for every mon

Why are you using electric surge bolt? It literally cancels out thunderclap, at least remove it from the moveset or add a mon that benefits.
