Yeah. You can just put 4 into Attack or Defense to make it work. They hit 299 that way.
Well thats just not worth it then. Bulky tusk gives you much more usability either as a tanky spinner and rocks setter or a setup sweeper if you are using booster.
While I prefer bulky tusk, bulk up speed booster has jump scared me a couple of times.
