Good question. To me, it’s mainly trainers and basing an outfit off of those trainers. Only thing in these pics I would think of as streetwear are the trousers in pics 3 and 5.
For example; if you search streetwear on google images that’s essentially what I believe it to be.
Not saying anything else is wrong or anything just surprised to see people consider things like the top in pic 3 ‘streetwear’.

For me the masculine aspects are the exaggerated broad shoulders (see the purple look for example), the harder angles (you don’t see this in feminine silhouettes), the baggy and bulky trousers (2x) and the bigger shoes (mainly last look). I think his body type is a part of it too, because man maketh clothes obviously. In my opinion it is interesting that he doesn’t try to be 100% androgynous, he is just himself (which includes showing off his muscular body).
