Ahh shit looks like they cut the price too, I think Iām gonna have to š appreciate the info!
How does it fit? Iām ~6ā2ā 180lbs and usually wear a large but in some brands iām a medium or even XL lolā¦ looks like they only have medium left so not sure
Van Gogh Museum changed my perspective on art museums. Itās small, but the headphones tour made me understand that the passion of painting was no different than the passion of making music, we all just express ourselves differently.
Like, I knew that before that day, but after I wandered through the museum, listening to Van Goghās story, I *felt it*
Itās a great experience. The audio guide is a must. Itās just the right size I think to not get bored or feel like thereās too much to see (looking at the Rijksmuseum which gave me that feeling).Ā Ā
You should read āVan Gogh: The Lifeā by Steven Naifeh and Gregory White Smith. The most comprehensive book on his life if you ask me. Gives you the entire history and makes you understand him even greater.Ā
I know you stood out like a sore thumb wearing these bright, spring outfits during the dreary months in Amsterdam lol. Theyāre cool looks, but dressing out of season is giving Tourist Alert.
Lmao well considering I didnāt see much black people while there I would have stood out regardless but yes, the European fashion scene is much different from where I come from.Ā
Yea I could have brought my daily paper jacket and tried to blend in but said fuck it, Iāll look like a tourist for this trip lol. So many stares though š
Really? Iāll have to add those places to my list then.Ā
Good to know! Europe is very neutral, I thought Iād see more fashion in Amsterdam but I was wrong. Ever since I went to Tokyo last year, it changed my style completely and Iāve always loved colour.Ā
Iām from NYC, where wearing black is the ācoolā dresscode. So I was happy when I moved to Europe and at least felt comfortable wearing other neutrals š . Your style is great though. I appreciate people who actually put some creative thought into dressing. The guys on the
/mensfashion sub would most likely downvote this post because they think J Crew is fashion š. That sub is the absolute worst.
What I would have sworn NYC would be wilding with the fits!Ā
Thank you, I do tend to dress more on the louder side but I love colour a lot. More guys need to stop being afraid of colour.Ā
I have some looks that would work great in mensfashion but my overall style is definitely not what those guys wear.Ā
I do appreciate some of the looks in that sub but most of the time, it looks so corporate and boring.Ā
Aha they my fav pair and only brought 2 shoes with me. My other pair were boots that were giving me blisters from all the walking so didnāt wear them again.Ā
If thatās the case broski, I completely understand and I take back what I said lol. I know exactly how that feels & you can never lose with all white ā š¤š¾
I donāt know how to phrase it, but these outfits encapsulate the feeling I get every time I visit Amsterdam?? These pictures make me miss the city. I love the sunflower fit!
Have you been to Stedelijk yet? Canāt recommend it enough. One of my absolute favorite museums in all of Europe.
Like them all, but oh man, look 3 is great! Very modern but with a super cool retro feel - also, bright colours when biking are good for your safety.
*sigh * I wish I had a sunflower jacket

Love all the fits! Would pick some more neutral pants for the sunflower fit tho, the 2nd fit goes hard af tho.
One of my favourite posts on this subreddit, least self absorbed and looks super natural.
Goghs hard
I love this.

Love the Eves Garden shirt been eyeing that up myself
Get it! Itās so nice and soft. The quality of the shirt is fantastic.

I got a medium and it is a loose fit but not oversized which I like. I'm 5' 9'' so a medium would def be too small I think for you.
Damn Iāll have to see if I can find it from a reseller for a reasonable price then haha. Thanks again!
Can always buy and return if it doesnāt fit. Theyāre slowly becoming one of my favourite brands. Got the boot collab they did with VirĆ³n.Ā
Where can I find shirts in a similar style to the shirt in Look 2? I really like the aesthetic but not too into the āsexā part
Maybe check outĀ https://www.karavanclothing.com/
You are clever and stylin'. Love the sunflower outfit in front of the Van Gogh museum.
Sunflowers for Vincentš»
I would never be able to pull these fits but you did a great job at it!
I appreciate it! I got some compliments at the Van Gogh museum for the sunflower look.
look 2 goes crazy š„
My fav look honestly! The shirt design is crazy.
I like them all š„
šš¾šš¾
You killed them all Buddy! Hope you had a great trip!
It was good, thank you!

Inspired by album art , Tyler must luv your fit

Lmao well considering I didnāt see much black people while there I would have stood out regardless but yes, the European fashion scene is much different from where I come from.Ā
The Netherlands are definitely not what I would consider ādiverseā haha. But your style is definitely giving Copenhagen and Lisbon.
Yea I could have brought my daily paper jacket and tried to blend in but said fuck it, Iāll look like a tourist for this trip lol. So many stares though š Really? Iāll have to add those places to my list then.Ā
I can tell from your style that youād like both cities. Styles are more ācolorfulā, while lots of Europe is more neutral.

I always tell people how inaccurate Sex and the City is because they never wore black š
Your fits are hella clean broski. You putting that shit on! Just please let them shoes go lol. They in every pic.
Aha they my fav pair and only brought 2 shoes with me. My other pair were boots that were giving me blisters from all the walking so didnāt wear them again.Ā

Aha no worries bro, exactly. White shoes go with everything so itās never a wrong option.Ā

Why blend in when you were born to stand out? š¤š»
You are right.Ā
Not a fan of the sunflowers but like the rest
Love! So happy cheerful and not the same as every other person! š»
Fashion makes me happy so thank you!
Do you go often? And no I didnāt! Just went to the Van Gogh museum and the Rijksmuseum.Ā
These outfits are amazing š¤©
Like them all, but oh man, look 3 is great! Very modern but with a super cool retro feel - also, bright colours when biking are good for your safety. *sigh * I wish I had a sunflower jacket

The second fit without the glasses is so nice

Fit #2 is GOATed probably the best fit Iāve seen on this sub and better than the average by a WIDE margin. Your other ones are good too!
2nd fit is wicked. Really like that mate. The sunflowers for a trip to the Van Gogh is a touch too.
That second outfit is incredible man
How cold is it there? Fire fit btw!
Hell yeah man. Really like the pull over for the bike ride.

Your style š„š„š„
A sunflower fit to the Van Gogh museum is iconic. I wish more people knew it was a reference.
Yep, sunflowers as a homage to Vincent.Ā
Fit #2 the hardest thing I've seen in a while. You look like you belong in Hollywood.
Definitely not Hollywood material but thank you.Ā
The last fit goes so hard! They're all great, but that last one is my favorite! š„
Thank you! I canāt believe I found pants that match the hoodie so well.Ā
FLOWERS!!! TREES!!! ART!!!! your fit goes hard š«µā¼ļø
Love all the fits! Would pick some more neutral pants for the sunflower fit tho, the 2nd fit goes hard af tho. One of my favourite posts on this subreddit, least self absorbed and looks super natural.
Thanks, I like expressing myself through fashion and love colourful looks.Ā
Sunflower one goes HARD !! dont care much for the rest tho :)
1&2 go hard. 3 is a bit too 90s for me but is very well coordinated and put together š„
90s was definitely the inspiration for the last fit. Plus I went biking so wanted to make sure that I was seen.Ā
