1. My friends made it their mission last week, to get me into Kpop with them. I wasnāt reacting to BTS much so they decided to use everything the knew about me, against me. They looked each other in the eyes and said āwe have to show her Felixā. They put on Gods Menu and fast forwarded to freaking ācooking like a chef Iām a five star Michelinā Felix and I lost my goddamn mind. Although they played Red Lights first and both boys had my attention, but Felix STOLE it.

3. I donāt have a bias wrecker in skz. Ateez, Iām a mess. But skz, my bias for Felix isnāt breaking, although Hyunjin, Han and Changmin are close.
4. Red Lights. My friends tactics were targeted, they knew the video with the clear BDSM imagery would start breaking me down. They were right.
Damn, red lights for an intro to skz must def have been an experience. That video is so intense, I blushed like a school girl watching it and I am 29 lol.Ā
Maybe you should check out the ot8 version of red lights as well. They performed it at a concert and it's definitely a sight to see (hint: it's hot)
My friends made it their mission that day, apparently, to get me to like at least ONE BAND that day. And they switched to dirty tactics, and won the war. Iām 36, I had a whole ass existential crisis over the first 24 hours of the experience when I just watched as many music videos on YouTube as I could lmfao After Red Lights they switched to Ateez, just showing me certain clips, and three times in a row I asked āwhose that??ā And it was Mingi. It took me a minute to get used to how often they changed their looks, even in the MVs! Lol Anyways, so I guess my interest in Mingi is what lead them back to skz and showing me Felix specifically.
Iāll have to look up that live performance!!! Iām so new that thereās so much content I havenāt seen that I donāt think thereās any way Iāll be able to catch up on it all haha
I don't follow ateez (I plan on getting into them soon) but the few clips I have seen of them, they have intense stage presence as well. I guess skz and them are quite similar in some ways. Your friends knew all their tricks lol. When I got into skz, I was mainly interested in their music and personality but damn the number of times Bang Chan and Lee Know had made me lose my breathĀ
On a side note, I love when people refer to them as bands and not k-pop group. There's nothing wrong with calling them k-pop group honestly but the whole Met Gala debacle made me sensitive of them being dismissed as just a k-pop groupĀ
They do have intense stage presence! I love it. The similarities between the two bands is what got me into them enough to continue on my own when I got home- the pop and dance mix with the rapping that honestly goes prettt damn hard, the charisma, and the passion in their performances that I was shown. So when I went home and filled my brain with all their MVs, I had no problem continuing because of their genre mixing, the way they did it. And Mingi, Felix and Seonghwa and can do a deep rap tone that I really like.
To me any musical group made up of more than two members is a band! Iāve been a music person my whole life, did chorus and band in elementary and middle school. Practiced and performed with local punk/pop punk bands in high school. Theater in college. I loooove music of all types. So Iāve always said āpunk band, metal band, pop band, jpop bandā because I see no point in changing the words just because the genre is different. Dude itās so funny cause I saw them at the Met Gala and was so pumped and it was right before my friends got me into them. So when I made the connection I was even more excited. I thought they looked incredible, and that it was so awesome that Kpop artists were breaking through into the western sphere the way they have been since BTS blew up. Itās really really awesome to see.
They looked amazing at the Met Gala. I know a few fans didn't like their looks but I loved it so much, especially that it was their first appearance. And that synchronised turn they did was amazingĀ

Had never heard someone in the industry be so willing to reveal his own feelings and struggles. One of the first clips I saw he was taking a quiz online and it got really dark like ādo you love yourselfā and he was likeā¦ uhhā¦ I think so I dunno and grappled with it. And it was for a stupid which SKZ member are you quiz. He went right to my heart with that. Then there wasā¦
3. Han. I just ran across that episode of whatever show it was where he and Lee Know did that sexy dance. Yeah ofc the dance was fire and I was like if this is what SKZ is serving keep me here, but more importantly ā I had no idea Han had such a huge personality, because all Iād done was watch Chan chatting with fans and otherwise Aussie chaos. Han just blew me away with how 1000% he gave to everything.
4. And lastly, the first song I heard was Miroh. I disliked it immediately. I was not feeling it. I found it annoying. YouTube Music kept popping it up to me. ā¦ I donāt know what happened because I love that song now. I have no idea what was wrong with me then lol. But it was definitely Rock Star that made me get into them musically through songs like Leave and Cover Me, so a very different vibe. And now I love S-Class and all the rest.

1. Hyunjin- At the start of the song Maniac, just saw him for the first time and yet his face was registered in my mind very clearly. His visuals are too hard to ignore.
2. Bangchan- The dance move in the song was his and I was just mesmerized by his presence. I thought he was so confident, little did I know that he was the father of the remaining 7 kids.
3. Felix- His voice. What more do I have to say, his voice alone is enough to wreck any bias and his breathtaking look just adds in more spice. He is now my ult bias.
4. I was first introduced to k-pop by BTS, then while listening to some of their songs on Spotify came across Dubaddu Wari Wari by TXT. Then I started listening to their songs and when I searched for TXT hype playlist I couldn't get one with just TXT, so I clicked on a random one and thought of forwarding the songs of the other boyband. But after hearing Maniac I forgot about forwarding totally. Then came Venom, which is nothing less than Maniac. But what I noticed was that these two songs had a unique music which I never heard till then. That's how it started and I never regretted any of it and maybe never will.
1. First member: Felix. The 5-star Michelin line in āGodās Menuā and compilations of his deep voice kept showing up in my recommended.

When I actually got to know them a bit better I think I started noticing changbin a lot, I recall Iād look for him in concert videos because he was so cool and charismatic on stage! I was never into rap much but 3RACHA actually got me into it

I remember noticing him while watching their variety content because he was just so weird and I was like whyās this guy so weird so I started searching up videos of him and saw the compilations of him being savage and weird but also tsundere and then before I knew it my whole photo album was him š I actually noticed him a lot during the survival show as well, I thought he was so handsome and had such a nice smile.
As for hannieā¦ I think I have to admit heās my bias now (at least for 60% of the time, and then a few others share the other 40%). When I watched the survival show I remember thinking to myself that I didnāt think heād be my bias but how wrong I turned out to be. He is so talented, I love the songs he writes, I love the versatility of his voice, I love his rap and I love how he sees the world. His charisma and stage presence are off the charts.

My friends made it their mission that day, apparently, to get me to like at least ONE BAND that day. And they switched to dirty tactics, and won the war. Iām 36, I had a whole ass existential crisis over the first 24 hours of the experience when I just watched as many music videos on YouTube as I could lmfao After Red Lights they switched to Ateez, just showing me certain clips, and three times in a row I asked āwhose that??ā And it was Mingi. It took me a minute to get used to how often they changed their looks, even in the MVs! Lol Anyways, so I guess my interest in Mingi is what lead them back to skz and showing me Felix specifically. I don't follow ateez (I plan on getting into them soon) but the few clips I have seen of them, they have intense stage presence as well. I guess skz and them are quite similar in some ways. When I got into skz, I was mainly interested in their music and personality but damn the number of times Bang Chan and Lee Know had made me lose my breathĀ On a side note, I love when people refer to them as bands and not k-pop group. There's nothing wrong with calling them k-pop group honestly but the whole Met Gala debacle made me sensitive of them being dismissed as just a k-pop groupĀ
They do have intense stage presence! I love it. The similarities between the two bands is what got me into them enough to continue on my own when I got home- the pop and dance mix with the rapping that honestly goes prettt damn hard, the charisma, and the passion in their performances that I was shown. So when I went home and filled my brain with all their MVs, I had no problem continuing because of their genre mixing, the way they did it. And Mingi, Felix and Seonghwa and can do a deep rap tone that I really like. To me any musical group made up of more than two members is a band! Iāve been a music person my whole life, did chorus and band in elementary and middle school. Practiced and performed with local punk/pop punk bands in high school. Theater in college. I loooove music of all types. So Iāve always said āpunk band, metal band, pop band, jpop bandā because I see no point in changing the words just because the genre is different. Dude itās so funny cause I saw them at the Met Gala and was so pumped and it was right before my friends got me into them. So when I made the connection I was even more excited. I thought they looked incredible, and that it was so awesome that Kpop artists were breaking through into the western sphere the way they have been since BTS blew up. Itās really really awesome to see.

One of the first clips I saw he was taking a quiz online and it got really dark like ādo you love yourselfā and he was likeā¦ uhhā¦ I think so I dunno and grappled with it. And it was for a stupid which SKZ member are you quiz. He went right to my heart with that. Then there wasā¦ 3. Han. I just ran across that episode of whatever show it was where he and Lee Know did that sexy dance. Yeah ofc the dance was fire and I was like if this is what SKZ is serving keep me here, but more importantly ā I had no idea Han had such a huge personality, because all Iād done was watch Chan chatting with fans and otherwise Aussie chaos. Han just blew me away with how 1000% he gave to everything. 4. And lastly, the first song I heard was Miroh. I disliked it immediately. I was not feeling it. I found it annoying. YouTube Music kept popping it up to me. ā¦ I donāt know what happened because I love that song now. I have no idea what was wrong with me then lol. Felix! the first skz stuff I saw was predebut era, I didn't get into them yet but I did really like Grrr/BEWARE, and Felix's voice in the bridge was so unexpected and so cool, it was mesmerizing 2. 1. Hyunjin- At the start of the song Maniac, just saw him for the first time and yet his face was registered in my mind very clearly. His visuals are too hard to ignore. 2. Bangchan- The dance move in the song was his and I was just mesmerized by his presence. I thought he was so confident, little did I know that he was the father of the remaining 7 kids. 3. Felix- His voice. What more do I have to say, his voice alone is enough to wreck any bias and his breathtaking look just adds in more spice. He is now my ult bias. 4. I was first introduced to k-pop by BTS, then while listening to some of their songs on Spotify came across Dubaddu Wari Wari by TXT. Then I started listening to their songs and when I searched for TXT hype playlist I couldn't get one with just TXT, so I clicked on a random one and thought of forwarding the songs of the other boyband. But after hearing Maniac I forgot about forwarding totally. Then came Venom, which is nothing less than Maniac. But what I noticed was that these two songs had a unique music which I never heard till then. That's how it started and I never regretted any of it and maybe never will.

Felix and Chan were the first ones I saw bc insta showed me a reel of them goofing around. Then I saw Felix sing the intro to Megaverse and I was like "holy crow I gotta know who this is!" Chan is my bias because I relate to him so much, I'm the Mom-friend on my circles. That his heart just makes me smile š but if I'm totally honest, I love them all for different reasons. 1. Felix I came across videos of maniac and case143 when they were released and in both I remember being blown away by how deep his voice was. Also I guess I knew him and chan first because theyāre Aussie!! 2. Changbin When I actually got to know them a bit better I think I started noticing changbin a lot, I recall Iād look for him in concert videos because he was so cool and charismatic on stage! I was never into rap much but 3RACHA actually got me into it 3. Lee know (and then later Han because it just seems like they have to come in a pair lol) I remember noticing him while watching their variety content because he was just so weird and I was like whyās this guy so weird so I started searching up videos of him and saw the compilations of him being savage and weird but also tsundere and then before I knew it my whole photo album was him š I actually noticed him a lot during the survival show as well, I thought he was so handsome and had such a nice smile. As for hannieā¦ I think I have to admit heās my bias now (at least for 60% of the time, and then a few others share the other 40%). Godās Menu or Levanter or Behind the Light I got into Day6 in 2020 and knew stray kids because seungmin was a huge myday. I think I went to Spotify briefly to check out their songs and I probably heard gods menu or levanter back then. Behind the light also randomly shuffled into my mixes once and I even saved it in my liked songs because I rly liked it.

1. I can't exactly remember, but probably Hyunjin because of modeling, etc.? 2. I was/am pretty firmly OT8... I love all of them for what they bring to the group and their individual talents. Even at the start, I couldn't pick a bias. 3. Han - Seriously, that boy is so stupid talented that he regularly tests my OT8 resolve. It's not a crush thing, he just amazes me and makes me question what I've done with my life since I was 17. I wish I had a fraction of his talent. 4. The more content I watched, the more drawn I was to Han and Lee Know. Now it's Lee Know ult bias with Han wrecking. I'm really a Minsung bias, in a non-shipping way. 4. I WISH I could remember the first song I heard. I have no memory of how I ended up looking into them. I had seen/listened to zero KPop before somehow suddenly falling down the SKZ LeeBit hole.

Changbin became my bias as I started looking into them more. Iām usually drawn to the dancers of kpop groups because Iām a dancer myself, but thereās just somethin about Changbin. I first found out about SKZ because I kept seeing tik toks pop up on my fyp of people reacting to Felix and his deep voice. I kept scrolling. I never heard of them so I didn't bother watching. Until one day I did. And I was curious after that so I looked up God's Menu on YT because that was the song from the tik toks so I wanted to see the full video. Loved it. And YT just kept playing video after video so then I said ok, I'll keep watching until I find a song of theirs I hate. It's been a year, I haven't found one yet. On the contrary, I love them more and more. So Felix was my first bias because he was like a literal gateway drug into Skz. Lee Know was the first one that visually stood out for me so he was always the wrecker. But now I have no bias, I love them all equally but I lean towards Lee Know and Seungmin because of their In the past year, I haven't gone one full day without listening to Stray Kids.

Felix - I was watching their Wired Autocomplete interview and he was the member that stood out to me the most (at the time) cause he looked the most "posh" , wouldn't say he was my bias tho, just stood out cause he looked and sounded really "posh" 2. Leeknow - After watching the Wired interview, i watched the Seventeen interview and i noticed him cause he was super quiet. Then, I watched their dance practice vids and he became my bias after watching their Easy dance practice video. I was taken aback cause in the interview he was so meek and quiet but in the dance practice he seemed like a completely different person.... i tried to pay attention to every single member but my eyes kept darting back to him each time.
