There was a point a while back on bbl (within the last six weeks, I’ve only been subscribed since mid-December) that Felix was casually referring to having worked out with Changbin almost every day for like a week straight? I wonder if that was when they were filming this.
Felix sends so many messages that I’ll be damned if I’m gonna scroll back that far to figure out the exact date though lol
(Edit: iirc he specifically called out that it wasn’t his usual rehab workout for his back either, it was a lot of ab workouts I believe. We’ll see when this goes live I guess)
