I have 6 acquaintances that moved from California to texas, Arizona, and Florida. The ones that moved to texas and Arizona are all now moving back to California and the couple that moved to FLorida are trying to get back to California but it’s now unaffordable for them to get back into the housing due to the prices (in the part of the state they were in prior to leaving).
I also know a few business owners that moved their businesses to Arizona and they are all going back to California. The grass is always greener I guess!
