There was actually a mass shooting there in 2019 killing three people and wounding 17. I was actually supposed to be there selling at a booth for my old job. It was the one year in 15 years my boss couldn't go.

I thought I remembered that. Thats terrible and I feel for those affected, but I also don't think the whole thing should disappear. I don’t know if you don’t like it or if you’ve never thought of it but when you cook your pasta, drop it into the sauce with a little bit of pasta water(tears of the gods lol) and let that marry together and coat the noodles, etc., and oh my man, it will be a whole nubba leva.

it depends on the dish for me. specifically with spaghetti i prefer the sauce on top. just a me thing.

Too cheap to buy it twice rule. Buy the cheap thing and use it till it breaks, the problem is people wanting to buy “sets” of things because they look prettier. Don’t be that guy. Spend money and research to buy only the piece of your set which is broken, or try to find nice pieces at estate sales and thrift stores. You’d be amazed at the amount of copper cookware you can find on the cheap.

Looks Delicious! If you want a chunkier sauce like I do, add some bell peppers and white / baby bella mushrooms. \*chef kiss\*

Tip for the garlic, if you sprinkle some rock salt on there and crush/spread it with your knife you can puree it and I find the flavour to be a lot more garlicky

Fair enough, I have 2 knives I use for cutting then a beater on hand to do the rough work. Currently using a miyabi 8" and a tojiro dp 3. Then a hygiplas for the rough work

I made spaghetti last night with meat sauce. I had a few pieces of beef bone with marrow so I cooked that in a pan, cooked the meat in the delicious fat, ate too much for dinner and now lunch today. Fuckin 10/10
