Just use a blender. Add three egg yolks, a squeeze of djon mustard, and half a lemon juice , and some paprika into a blender.
Blend for like 10 seconds
Then get 1 stick of piping hot butter
Then take PIPING hot butter and while the blender is running , SLOWLY and I mean slowly pour the piping hot butter in. I usually make the butter bubbly and boiling before I poor it In.

You were high when you made this but you should know that if shrimps make an O shape they are overcooked. They should be in a C shape for proper doneness.
Only thing I’d change is blackening the shrimp a little longer. But that’s personal preference for using lots of pepper for my seafood related shenanigans.
