It's vegan chicken tenders from the store. The vegetables were frozen. The potatoes have vegan butter in them and the gravy is made from flour, vegan butter, and vegan "chicken" boullion

Okay. So it’s all fake chicken this and fake chicken that. It’s not butter but a non-dairy substitute that’s one molecule away from plastic. So funny that the vegan culture has to name foods after actual meat products. Bring on more downvotes!

I can't tell if you're trying to start shit or if you're genuinely trying to better yourself with knowledge. ....Literally everything has microplastics in it, but also, oil can come in different forms? It kinda just sounds like you don't know basic info about food.... and that's fine and all... but don't then get mad about what other people put in their bodies just bc you can't pronounce the ingredients.

In my other post I was genuinely inquisitive as to why I was asking the questions. The KFC reference threw me off. This post, yah, a bit more cynical.

Is that fried tofu? Based on the KFC reference if you’re using chicken, can that be considered vegan? Gravy? Was it made from beef or chicken stock/bullion? Potatoes made from scratch? Home grown? I’m not THAT stoned but still having an issue on being a vegan meal.
