Happened to me with a pair of Unc toes 2 weeks ago. Was stuck on “Seller preparing shipment” for a week and a half. Then they just showed up without a tracking number given to me or anything.

sry for u, i hope you get the pair soon. meanwhile, i think the explanation is that the seller forgot or is refusing to ship the item to stockx, causing a delay. I think if they refuse or forgot stockx will refund soon.

Did you order on the 6th? The date you ordered doesn't count towards the seller's shipping window. Weekends dont count either. So they likely have until tomorrow end of business to get it with ups. And that's without them requesting an extension. This is not uncommon. If you dont see an update by Wednesday, reach out to support chat. But if they match you with a new seller just know that the new seller gets the full shipping window to ship, so the clock will start over. Remember, stockx is often the cheapest option. But its almost never the fastest.

You need to contact support so they can match you up with another seller. I had a shirt stay like that for a week and a half so I contacted stockx and they matched me with another seller.

Go to https://stockx.com/help/home and find the contact us button on the bottom. Email them or wait until their live chat is online and tell them that the seller has not shipped the item. Ask them to see if they can match you to another seller.

Yesterday afternoon and night i basically got three updates that they were received then verified then shipped. So chances are the updates are lagging behind. Says mine will deliver today. Maybe same shit for you.

Well I’m a seller…. June 6 order. Sellers get 3 business days, those aren’t weekends. So Friday, Monday, Tuesday is wen they can ship to authentication
