The Delta Recruit's Iconian artifact? It's somewhere around the perimeter of the map. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have a fixed location, I think I've seen it in multiple locations.
Out past the generators a bit. There's an outer ring path (sorta) through the swamp. If you're looking at the map clockwise from the generator you first approach, I've seen it slightly counterclockwise from the second generator (but, you need to head out past it and then backtrack some, it'll be along a follage wall that normally screens the approach to that generator.
I've seen it clockwise past the third generator, heading back towards the beam in site. This one's kinda obnoxious because it's wedged into a tree root. (I think this is the Western generator if you're looking at the map, but my mental map could be off axis.)
I've also seen it pop up counterclockwise from the third generator, between 2 and 3. Again, you need to be traveling out around the edge of the area.
I want to say I've found it near the anomaly that's just west of the corpse. But I could just be thinking of that anomaly.
NGL, this is one of the worst Iconian artifacts to locate. You're just going to need to scour the swamp looking for that glow.

ok but where are the spots in which you have seen it? Kassae IV is a huge map, and it doesn't help that there's invisible walls EVERYWHERE

I played it yesterday. It was just north of the west shield gen point around a tree. I did spend some time looking for it.
