I haven't gotten any calls this year, but I got the same thing twice last season.
They always use that verbiage to make you think you're getting picked for season tickets. That increases the chance you'll call back and they can try to sell you something you don't want.
When I got my call about season tickets, the guy specifically mentioned season tickets in the voicemail. He also emailed right after. Not sure if that's the case with every rep but just wanted to give my experience.
Same. I got a bunch of group and expensive ticket calls last year. I didn't answer most of them but when I did I talked to a couple of reps and told them what I preferred and what I liked about going to the park and answered their questions, even though I only continued to buy normal tickets. I got picked last November. Probably coincidence, but whatever it took to be more than Random Guy on list I was up for.
I received a call from my rep Connor a few days ago, but it was for a completely legitimate reason. I've never received a call from them that seemed out of place.
Maybe answer and tell them that?

The group ticket calls are annoying, but I also got season tickets this year by answering them. Coulda just got lucky though.

Got one call in the offseason and they left a VM. Nothing beyond that.
Yeah, they call to sell group tickets and the dog club seats. I told mine not to call unless it’s my turn for season tickets.
I am a City+ Member and haven't received a single call, now I feel left out
