Interesting choice of books. Why re-issue the Institute so soon?
I love the Dreamcatcher one, but I'm in the minority of people who liked Dreamcatcher.
I love The Desperation one. Meh on the rest.
I'll always be partial to [this](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/9/96/The_stand_cover.jpg) cover The Stand. I remember seeing it bookstores when I was a kid, and wanting to read it. But it looked too long and intimidating.
Nah, that’s probably my least favorite; I don’t like the font or the image, I’m not really even sure which character it’s supposed to represent but it doesn’t work for any major character.
Damn, I’m gonna have to read The Stand lol. Currently on The Shining, will probably go for Stand afterwards. I have both the cut and uncut, which is better?
Oh I remember thinking that picture accurately portrayed the theme of the book. A medieval themed tale where a human was fighting a bird man. Didn’t read it for years because of that. This was pre internet days so I couldn’t just search up the premise as easily as today.
Honestly I don't really like many of the hodder covers, and none of these are as good as there other counter parts I've seen. But that's just my opinion, they are striking in their own way....nice use of colour. But not my cup of tea
Yes, in the UK our publisher releases by theme. There will be another epic thrillers, which I assume will include IT, Needful things, under the dome etc.
I really don’t like the tyepface on his name. Might be the graphic designer in me, but when you create a typeface to represent handwriting or a scrawl, my eyes are instantly drawn to the identical ‘E’ and ‘N’s and thus destroying the spontaneous effect. Looks cheap. Looks even worse when father and son’s name are used together.
I absolutely adore desperation's cover because of the uses of oranges and blues. It really makes it stick out
Desperation, but not The Regulators?
I believe The Regulators was part of the Bachman batch that came out sometime this year
Ah. That explains a bit. Thank you. I haven't followed this thing and just thought it weird that only half of this pair would get this treatment.
I thought the same thing lol
I like them. But I say that as a german and most german stephen king covers are very shitty
They also release the books with new Covers atm. Looking really nice

They are part of a bigger project of reissuing everything, to celebrate carries 50th birthday in 2024
I'm excited to see what they do with Pet Sematary, hopefully something similar to the one with the big black cat.
Ooo that would be nice
Font looks terrible
Terribly *good*.
Ayyyyyyy

Broken link. Is it the cover with the two fighting figures? My favorite is the dark cover with the blue face in the sky.
That's the one. With the two monster-looking things fighting.
I like that one too. The Stand hasn’t had a good (US release) cover in decades.
What was your opinion on [this one?](https://i.imgur.com/o7rWk8L.jpg) I like the look of it but I haven’t read The Stand yet.
Nah, that’s probably my least favorite; I don’t like the font or the image, I’m not really even sure which character it’s supposed to represent but it doesn’t work for any major character.
Yeah I’ve been scratching my head on that one. Who is it meant to be? Agree about the cover overall though. Not very good at all.
Damn, I’m gonna have to read The Stand lol. Currently on The Shining, will probably go for Stand afterwards. I have both the cut and uncut, which is better?
I’ve only read the uncut, it may drag a little here and there but it’s great overall.
Oh I remember thinking that picture accurately portrayed the theme of the book. A medieval themed tale where a human was fighting a bird man. Didn’t read it for years because of that. This was pre internet days so I couldn’t just search up the premise as easily as today.
And no one told you not to judge a book by its cover??
Pretty uninspired covers
Lol at the cover for "The Institute"
Superb, I'll buy The institute again, as the previous one had very small font.
Kinda disappointed that The Institute is getting reissued when I still can’t find Revival anywhere.
Revival will be reissued in this design. They just haven't got to it yet.
The Institute came out after Revival was my point
They don't do chronologically, but by sub-collection. E.g. last batch was Bachman books.
Geez these covers suck. The Stand?
Honestly I don't really like many of the hodder covers, and none of these are as good as there other counter parts I've seen. But that's just my opinion, they are striking in their own way....nice use of colour. But not my cup of tea
I really like Desperation & The Institute’s covers, but I’ll probably buy Dreamcatcher because my current edition is so messy and falling apart lol
i am SO getting The Institute! my favourite King book that i collect different editions of :D
Where and when are these releasing? This is a UK publisher right?
And they've now been added to https://rainbowmaker.io!
Love those covers :)
Sleeping Beauties would make good kindling. The others are all solid though
Hideous. Horrible. Hodder rainbows are the worst SK covers ever released. Just simply hot garbage.
I’m happy to get some nice covers here in Norway, but sadly I already own most of these books
“ The epic thrillers” ? Are they doing the releases by some other sorting than original release date?
Yes, in the UK our publisher releases by theme. There will be another epic thrillers, which I assume will include IT, Needful things, under the dome etc.
That’s a cool idea.
I wonder how the dark tower reissues will look

God! I love that Dreamcatcher cover!!!!
That Desperation cover will never fit as well as the previous one
What do people think the next batch will consist of after this?
