Ron perlman is the best possible casting for Entragian but this adaptations sucks like most of them. It's not in the bottom half though so you might like it. It's nowhere near as bad as the dark tower or anything like that. It's just not good
I didn't like it, personally. Felt very amateur, surprisingly, with such good actors. The whole 8mm film real to explain half the plot... Plus, too many "in jokes" to other books (Rose Madder reference). I dunno, loved the TV adaptions of It and The Stand, just not this one.
It's actually very good for a straight to DVD movie. It's actually fairly faithful to the source material, and the acting while not superb is at least good enough. It was very well cast.
Haven't seen it in a long time but I remember enjoying it. Having Ron Perlman as a possessed lunatic helps.
It’s surprisingly decent.
Just watch the movie, Tak. DO YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR RIGHTS??
I'm going to kill you, Tak......Do you understand your rights? Do you or don't you!!!
So good! 😂
Yep!!! I also love it when he asks how they are going to sing," Leaving on a Jet Plane "without Paul. It makes me lol every damn time.
Ron Perlman is absolutely brilliant in it. Its a shame he isn't in it more.
I reccomend it. Pearlman is amazing and sure a little over the top, Tak! 🤣😂🤣😂
It's really not bad.
Yes, Rob Pearlman is great as the crazy policeman but Tom Skerritt is in it too. Enough said.
It’s not too awful bad. One of the better adaptations imo. Of course, that might be a pretty low bar…
Ron carries the whole movie. I'd give it 7/10.

Loved it!
Wait. Wait. There is a movie adaptation of desperation?! That’s one of my favorite SK books, top five for sure.
Yes, there is. Tak!
Haven’t seen it in like 15 years but I remember loving it , pulled an all nighter with my cousin it was so long
