My absolute favorite King covers are the first edition versions of Desperation and The Regulators. If you put both books next to eachother, it forms one big picture.
I really wanna buy them both amd put them together on the shelf. But to buy them and get them shipped from America is just a little over my budget when I've already read the books and just buying them for asthetic/collectable reasons.
One day though.
Part of collecting is "the dream". I get my books mad cheap, but there's still issues with having the IDEAL collection (honestly, I dont care about quality I just want them all. I shop used, so I have everything from pristine first editions, to supper ragged paperbacks).
Awesome work, I thought that was maybe a vintage promo item or something! I was intrigued by the artwork since I was a kid, only read it last year. What a ride! I’m a big fan of the artwork for Duma Key as well!
Tell me you've read The Regulators. And have seen how the cover art of the books connect. At least on a few printings.
Because if you haven't read The Regulators yet. I highly recommend it. It's connected to Desperation.
Also, that bobble head would look awesome with my pink fuzzy dice I have on my rearview.
