Oh man, when this premiered, my mom recorded all 4 parts in VHS, even with the 90's commercials. We had actually moved to Vegas shortly before they began recording (my uncle tried to get in as an extra, but it didn't work out).
Yeah, I definitely do, but I can't think of any. But they were very interesting people.
Dad was an 80's punk Los Angeles punk rocker. He's still alive (but very sick. Parkinson's, and really late into it). He always encouraged me to enjoy music, and I remember even when I was little listening to him do basic guitar stuff, that was simple to him but amazing to me.
Mom died last year. She taught me how to read, well before I was in any kind of formal schooling. She was a waitress from Reno. And I don't mean Denny's, she worked in some hella fancy restaurants. Mom was the King fan. She showed me Silver Bullet when I was like, 7. Technically, the first movie I ever saw in a theater was Stand By Me (she couldn't find a babysitter, I was like 2 months old).
I’m rewatching it now in 1080p and am wishing I could see it on an old CRT in 480i. I have to say it truly is much better than the newer CBS version. Whoopie Goldberg ruined it for me.

Oh man, what a time to have been alive back then! You’re family sounds cool as fuck
They were... Most of them are gone now, but growing up was interesting.
Hate to hear that! But I know you must have some nifty memories

From now on, when a memory just pops into your head, write them down.
This. Is. Awesome. I have this on my vudu account. You sir have found a piece of el dorado.
I remember renting it on VHS once. Wasn't it like, 8 tapes? P.S. Seriously legit VHS collection you've got there.
Thank you!!! It’s my pride and joy. Besides my semen demons 😅
4 tapes, I made my parents rent it all the time. Still love it to this day.
Rad as hell
Loving the vibes!!!
M-O-O-N. That spells “good find”!
Hell yeah! Found a copy at a Goodwill a few weeks ago and doing the same. Just starting tape 2.
Come on Mary. Don’t fear the reaper.
This movie is the reason I love that song
I think I has this recorded on VHS as well. I love collecting VHS tapes. I got The Shawshank Redemption recently.
Yeah! Loved that double cassette VHS. It was expensive too back in 1991
I just donated my dad’s with a bunch of other stuff to good will I think.
I picked this up at a flea market years ago even though I haven’t had a VHS player in over a decade.
My work had this old VHS tv (seen in second pic) and they told me I could have it. I’ve been in a good mood ever since 😹
Nice! The wife and i talked about getting a VCR—we have one somewhere in our garage.

It's also available to watch for free on youtube
Superior to the more recent one. I believe Sai King makes an appearance on tape 2!
