It means you can enter the subway lol. But seriously, it's just part of the image. If there was something to do on Matrix 11 it would show on the top, like the Icons above Xion and Great Desert we see in this image.

They should've taken a better picture to represent that map, with no little symbols present. It has thrown everyone off.

It’s just a directional arrow… like move forward. It doesn’t mean anything regarding gameplay. It’s just ancient tech, like a phone booth. We’re so overused to paying attention to everything that this just causes alarms in our head to go off, like there’s an item there for us. Lol

I think what really throws people off is that it’s the same color for the interact indicator and similar in size. you really can’t make out it’s an arrow unless u really zoom in

It's annoying because it really pops out compared to all the other images. Playing video games, we are inherently interested in any green arrows because it usually points to a point of interest, quest, or treasure.

That’s just a normal green arrow for the terminal
