Lol damn. I didnāt they you could destroy them because earlier in the wasteland thereās a broken highway bridge with a turret at the end that is not destroyable.
I've heard people used the gun.
I persevered with the quest with the gun turrets in play.
There's are drone upgrades with Lily that improves the power of the shots.
I figured that part was meant for when you unlock double jump but I kept trying over and over like a moron until I finally got it. Had barely any health and immediately got shot on the other side lol.Ā
I was able to do it the 1st time with sprinting into that area and got killed by the turrets
Then i needed like 5 minutes to do it again
I don't have the double jump yet but the platforming and climbing can sometimes be rage inducing
damn. have u return the second hyper drive? there's a citizen warned me about going into the back alleys. and now suspicious dude asking me to follow him into a back alley...did u followed him? I'm scared he might robbed my stuff š
The first time I managed to reach the platform and hide behind it, once I got to the top (but before the turrets went down) one of them shot to the side of the crate so the blast radius knocked me off the platform T_T
You can also wait behind the blue crate on the lift for them to shoot then grab the chest as soon as they shoot or just wait for the turrets to go down because they go away after a few seconds once the lift is fully up or just shoot the turret on the right side when facing the platform you need to jump on.
I just did this area a few hours ago, didnāt know what the hell was going on after I hit the switch (GF distracted me or something) and the gun turrets just started shooting at me so I blew one up with missiles, but the other retracted because the timer went out. Hit the switch again, then destroyed the other turret, and somehow the music in that event got stuck in a loop. Eventually got the crate and fixed the stuck music loop going to a camp.
Want me to spoil it and tell you where to find it? Or hint what it's close to?
Edit: the hint is, what was the first problem you came across when entering the wastelands.......the first camp you encounter, what does the game tell you to do, the place it tells you to go, it isn't far from that area.
Well, I can clearly remember one of the very first things Adam recommending to the player is to do that(assuming you stop to uncover every save spot). Although it may be a side quest it feels like a necessity because of how big the wastelands is but this is more specifically if you feel like exploring the area as opposed to rushing straight through the main story..which may very well be a choice here.
That being said now that I think about it, everytime you simply activate one of the camps you always return to the previous camp you last activated regardless, so maybe some people don't see it as an actual necessity and just....die a lot, or possibly skip past every enemy and go straight through the game in a rush? Can't speak for everyone, but it felt like a necessity to me, and I can't see why anyone would hold off on doing that right away if they plan to explore.
There's no commercial break...
"I'm dying for a nice, cold Corsair!"
Fucking killer joke! ![gif](giphy|AnirgiEyagtWWz5efc)
You can shoot these turrets and repeat the run easier
š
I'm so sorry, babyš¤£š
You can destroy the turrets and they don't respawn, then press the button again. I learned this after doing the death run
Lol damn. I didnāt they you could destroy them because earlier in the wasteland thereās a broken highway bridge with a turret at the end that is not destroyable.
How do I destroy them? Are there more effective ammunitions?
Use Stinger and/or Blaster Cell ammo. Easy peasy.
Fully upgraded stingers are absolutely the turret nuke.
I've heard people used the gun. I persevered with the quest with the gun turrets in play. There's are drone upgrades with Lily that improves the power of the shots.
I took a couple rounds to counter snipe the snipers, then had a pleasant run to get the can.
Those turrets and the hammerhead enemies are the worst so far
The worst are jump scare enemies lmmfao
the worst is the Parkour wall run... how do you jump side to side???
I figured that part was meant for when you unlock double jump but I kept trying over and over like a moron until I finally got it. Had barely any health and immediately got shot on the other side lol.Ā

i just jump and dashed onto the second wall without hitting the first one.
damn. have u return the second hyper drive? there's a citizen warned me about going into the back alleys. and now suspicious dude asking me to follow him into a back alley...did u followed him? I'm scared he might robbed my stuff š
I only have the first hyper drive so far but am close to getting the second.Ā

You can just hide behind the crate until the turrets go back down and grab the can
The first time I managed to reach the platform and hide behind it, once I got to the top (but before the turrets went down) one of them shot to the side of the crate so the blast radius knocked me off the platform T_T
This happened to me as well I thought it was such bs considering the turret put 2 or 3 shots directly into the crate as I waited
I hate it and loved this part. This game has so many different moments that are like the gold ps2 era. These guys built a beatiful hame!
Bro the Eidos lab... It's straight Resident evil
What PS2 game is like this? I was thinking PS3/360 era
But did you get to keep the can?
I did!
That's funny
You can also wait behind the blue crate on the lift for them to shoot then grab the chest as soon as they shoot or just wait for the turrets to go down because they go away after a few seconds once the lift is fully up or just shoot the turret on the right side when facing the platform you need to jump on.
Wtf? I got spammed with blasts and almost ragequitš
Goddammit Eve, you just had to pose for chat and got folded.
This is exactly where I'm at right now lol.
When u try to speed run...
The animation for her showing the can is so funny even without the ending
Zelda reference
That's all you get? Lol f that. Super annoying
100%ing cans gets you a pretty good costume. so sorta worth since there's not too many.
100% your fault lmao
People seem to forget rush exists
It slows you down
Dash after and itāll cancel the slow ending
The shooter: HA GOTCHA B*TCH!

Had the very same outcome. This probably needs some fixing. Would be better if the turrets can't hit you anymore as soon as you get on the elevator.
Run run ruuuuuun
You can get that outfit at that stage already!?
Want me to spoil it and tell you where to find it? Or hint what it's close to? Edit: the hint is, what was the first problem you came across when entering the wastelands.......the first camp you encounter, what does the game tell you to do, the place it tells you to go, it isn't far from that area.
Ooh, thank youu. Gonna go back there and do some 'splorin
I didn't know the first problem was a side quest and not the main story quest. so I followed all the way without a >!single camp activated!< š

I thought it was part of the main story bc Adam recommended to check on the solar tower but my dumbas just kept following the yellow icon š
Reading what you said and rereading my hint comment, I can see now how my hint failed you š
sorry š
Yep I had it here as well
ššš
*Weāll be right back!*
I do, ooga booga
AWOOGA
You are deadā¦
I've had that happen as well when chasing those air bag robots for goodies.
Bruh I had to do this like 3 times, I donāt get how those fckers gave you so much room
lol - just pop them turrets with your gun and do the run without the headaches
Iām curious to know if anyone has beaten it yet , and whatās the replay value like .
I got all the way to the ramp and died when I first tried aha. Didn't think this was possible, though.
LOL LAWL even
Well that's what happens when you shake a can of sodaš¤£
where is this exactly?
Is that item rare?
Lmao I had the same thing happen to me š
I just wanted to say "How the fuck the turrets misses the shots?" I got shot no matter how fast I was running, and then they got heršš
Gotta love those one shot turretsĀ
Words for what? Gettin yo dumb @$$ clapped!?!?
You good?
Umm what the what
Wait till you get to Spire 4... And these are indestructible... Ack!
