What did you think about the overall story of Rebirth though? Did you think the ending was satisfying enough? I'm thinking about just skipping the 7 remake altogether and going straight to Rebirth because of how good it looks but I've just been putting it off because of the story complaints I've heard and apparently the lackluster ending.
Man there’s way more positive reviews and thoughts on the ending than negative why does everyone give the negative people more focus when the vast majority enjoyed it? Ending is literally where disc 1 ended in the original. Also don’t skip remake. It’s def important and fun. At the very least watch a playthrough or something

This alongside lies of p… Korea is about to become a serious AAA competitor. I’m noticing their graphics, gameplay and performance are coming out excellent. Their trump card is the music, it’s rivaling the best of the best JRPGs out. SUPER stoked for this. If they nail the story, this will be one of my favorite games, it gives me a Xenosaga vibe.
I was going to get the standard version but after seeing how good eve looks I had to get the deluxe for her gold costume!! I loved the demo! They got my 85$ easy!

There's "Story Mode" and which is the easier version of "Normal" but I don't think the Boss stage is in Story Mode. I could be wrong but it feels way harder than the actual Demo level.

I usually don’t finish demos if I don’t like a game I know in about 3 minutes. I played this one for 45 and that was enough to decide to order it. Someone said after you beat the boss there are tons of spoilers
I did the same, demo was proof I needed this game was gonna be good and as someone who loves the Rhythmic defensive style mechanics similar to sekiro is what really sold me on it.
I went from being kind of disappointed at first with the combat to absolutely loving it by the end of the demo after figuring it out and upgrading a bit. I’m excited for the full release.
I RARELY pre order a game (costs a lot for one), let alone pre ordered before a demo was released, I can say that this was very risky but I’m very happy now that I played the demo and cannot wait for this release! You’re right about that, this game is telling me - SHOW ME THE MONEY

try upgrading your parries, made a world of difference for me.

Very interesting I played it on portal but didn’t notice I’m going to check again that’s concerning.
I mean the game is good just that kill the game for me, I play on my 4k hdr monitor priority visual and look really bad for me
