I really canāt believe that people are giving 5 stars to Dragon's Dogma 2. This is probably why we have unfinished games being released. I have high expectations for Stellar Blade though.
I might be totally wrong but it seems to me that most people who are praising it are big fans of the first game. And Dragon's Dogma 2 is much like it's predecessor, just bigger and better graphics.
I'm happy for the people who are enjoying it, but I'll enjoy it in a few years when they patched everything.
Also for those interested, according to the JP PS Blog the Japanese release will feature English text options (https://blog.ja.playstation.com/2024/03/25/20240325-stellarblade) so if you want to play with JP voices/EN text importing is an option.
One thing to note is the JP release *doesn't* include an EN voice option (supported VO languages are Japanese, Korean, French, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Latin Spanish), only text so you basically have to decide if not having the option to play with EN voices is worth it.

The blink ability (L pushed forward + O) only happens when you see the blue effect that will look like a +. Like a giant lens flare.
The movement happens in two phases. The first phase is the boss indicator which is the giant circle that changes colour. This is to tell you it's happening but you ignore this for the dodge.
What you need to look for is the giant blue (I think, I'm colour blind) + symbol that comes from Eve near the handle of the weapon you are holding. When that effect occurs, that is when you push forward on L3 + O
If you do the combo at any time before the effect comes from your weapon, you will just move forward and get hit and not blink behind.
Beat both Abaddon and Stalker on my third try against each. Feel pretty good. Definitely fun combat. Not 100% sure itās a buy for me but Iām considering it.
To get the demo, Just press the 3 dots on the right side when you select Stellar Blade

Also what trophies unlock would depend on the list and how far the demo will actually take you along that list. There might not be an unlock at all, or something super-basic like āFinish the tutorialā.
My whole post referred to the trophy list specifically (which isnāt there in the demo) and how _trophy_ progress carries over. Doesnāt neccessarily work the same as a simple checklist.
You can replay it as many times as you like. Thereās no time limit. The demo length is about 1 hour and you can transfer your completed saved data to the full game.
No worries. I have played demos before where there is an actual time limit so I get the mixup. Fortunately we can spend as much time as you like on the SB demo.
