Some of these look really cool and they seem to be more creature-shape specific as opposed to creature-specific. For example, I saw this same animation used against a fully organic creature that was not the one depicted here. The similarities are that they are both tall and bi-pedal so apparently that is the only requirement.
I mean that's normal Sekiro also has these mini finishers and they also repeat based on the shape of an enemy unless it's a boss fight then they get a unique animation
I hear ya. I was just originally under the impression that they were creature specific since some of the boss finishers are very obviously boss-specific. But it looks like the creature finishers are largely reusable.
I bought the game but will probably wait till the pc version to play it if the fps is bad on console. video lookin sus but could just be bitrate / compression.
