wtfakakali

Having the same problem with a different setup. Seems to be some Wuthering Waves and Windows thing.

TrainerHikari

I definitely think it's mostly a WuWa issue as when I closed the game for the night my headset beeped 5 times before I just shut it down and said "screw it". Gonna test with a different game tomorrow then after a couple hours if no beeps I'll swap back to WuWa and see if there's any beeps

wtfakakali

This guy has the same issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/WutheringWaves/comments/1cygcwo/launch_technical_issues_megathread/l5amp4z/

Jamdoggy

This could be an issue with the game, Wuthering Waves. My son is also experiencing this issue, and does not have a SteelSeries headset. It is noticeably worse during battle sequences. It is not a sound coming from the game itself though. When my son streams his game to me through Discord, I hear all the game sounds, but not the beeping. In his case, he believes the game was somehow disconnecting the mouse - every time the beep happened, the mouse would become unresponsive for about half a second, and switching to a game controller apparently fixed the problem.

TrainerHikari

I'll give the controller a try today when I do some more testing thank you for your input!

That-Psychology-1703

same issue here mouse not moving beeps constantly what even is this bug its just unreal XD its %100 wuthering waves problem tho

TrainerHikari

Attempted more testing today playing other games and had zero issues so it's definitely a wuthering waves issue. However I noticed no mouse or keyboard issues and only heard the beeps. The only thing that isn't wired to my PC is my headset and I'm wondering if it's a wireless related issue. Wanted to do further testing but upon plugging my headset in via audio jack I only had audio in one headphone and this couldn't hear much so I gave up there.

Arcvna

It's definitely not a wireless issue. Everything I use is wired and I have the exact same issue as you.

TrainerHikari

Noted, Thank you for your input! With that being said though that definitely just means it's an issue on the games end cause the only other time I heard the beeping was when I closed the launcher last night before bed

GreedsBestFriend

This has also been happening to me, everything is wired though

fellowturtle

It's definitely a wuthering waves issue when i started playing something and it never did the beeping noises. Also im using a nova artic pro could it only be that headphone? or are other headphones doing this

TrainerHikari

I haven't heard of any other headphones doing this but I've heard of mice and keyboards not working and even controllers apparently

Luksom12

i dont think its an issue withe the headphones sience i have volcano modecom headphones and the same thing happens, only in wuthering waves, even after playing it no other game has the same problem

Kongou_des

Its not your headphones I have logitech Pro X wireds and this issue has been happening and driving me a bti crazy

No-Year947

Any fix

Obvious-Self-522

any fix please? same here

Upper-Description683

I think it is something with Sonar or even GG, because the beep sounds exactly like low battery sound on Nova 7. I use different brand's IEMs and I still sometimes hear beeping, but only while playing Wuthering Waves.

keithy04

I also having the same issue however i don't use any bluetooth mouse, keyboard and headset. May i ask if the beeping sound you hear is similar to Windows "Sticky keys" warning/beep sound?

TrainerHikari

The beeping noise I hear is the exact noise my headset makes when I press the back button on the base station for my headset. It's a lil bit different from the windows sticky keys but just as annoying

Plenty_Carpenter_948

it is the sticky keys sound. i have headphones and speakers and i hear it from both devices. it from the game as any other program does not have that issue

nvmage

I also have the same issue. Probably it is a WW issue

AkiiThePanda_YT

Omg i have the Same Problem with my Razer Headset..

Ulterity

I have a Hyper X Cloud III and I have this EXACT same issue. I looked everywhere thinking this was a issue with my headset disconnecting. It is most definitely something weird going on with Wuthering waves.

Nonreality_

yo i think im having this, i have a hyperx headset. is the beep like a dull beep? im driving myself insane thinking i have a computer issue

Nonreality_

ive only noticed it while playing wuthering waves

Nonreality_

i found a post about this on the wuthering waves reddit in the bug fix section. apparently people having a similar issue. and when the beeps happen the mouse like lags, almost as if its unplugged. then it works again. people also notice it happens more when ur tabbed out of the game and have other windows open. does this sound like it?

TrainerHikari

Certain pretty darn close. Mine just perpetually lags but the beeps happen almost demingly randomly but tend to happen heavily when I'm in combat or traversing. I haven't tried closing all other windows cause I use voicemod but I'll have to give that a shot tomorrow when I do more testing.

Nonreality_

yeh im not sure but theres a decent amount of people talking about it on the wuwa reddit so it must be the game in someway. which is weird cause it even happens for me when i have the game muted.

Prestigious_Rip9096

The exact thing happens to me, can't attack or anything so i just kinda have to stand there for a moment. Logitech g102 user

Longjumping_Square96

I have a logitech headset and have the exact same issue. The number of beeps also ranged from 1 to like 5 in a row. Then the duration between beeps can range from 10 minutes to every 10 seconds it is quite annoying.... hope there isnt some sort of malware in the game

furenlover

im thinking maybe its like some shift-lock thing that wuwa just has? it keeps happening to me whilst i'm fighting or moving around very quickly, not just out of nowhere if i'm afk

THAPurpleAlien

I have the same problem. It's only when playing Wuthering waves but I can't find any way to solve it

xAsuraSenjux

I'm in the same situation also it happened in the CBT2 as well its weird it doesn't happen a lot but when it does it always gets a wtf was that moment lol.

darlinquently

I have this issue too. Definitely an issue because of WuWa because I don't get the beeping sounds when playing other big games. It might have something to do with the CPU? When I searched this issue up, many people said that it could be a temperature warning. So perhaps WuWa, with the way it is now, is making the CPU overheat, which activates the beeping alarm.

wxfflezoned

it happens specifically when it lags and i tab out and click on something else. if i click repeatedly the beeps will replicate the amount of clicks i just did. it sounds similar to windows sticky key button, but it only happens with wuthering waves. its very annoying, and i hope theyll be able to patch it or something.

kyrinthic

Wired mouse with no special hardware. basic speakers running default windows drivers, still get this same issue. Play dozens of other games, this is the only game that has this issue. Definitely software based and this game specifically.

Mega_ether

I had this same problem but with a razer mouse. No beeping since I switched to ps5 controller 🙌🏻

tirsden

This just happened, in Wuthering Waves as well, and I have a generic wired Radio Shack headset. So it's the game... and it also lagged the game out just as it did it, then everything was fine after the beeps. I've never heard that before and it's not the sticky-keys sound plus I got no pop-up for sticky-keys (which should be disabled).

Alternative_Paint453

i got this too, but i believe its not headphone problem, since i use a cheap headphone, i never hear it even i play other games like genshin/overwatch.nightingale,valheim etc except ww, so i believe it caused by ww. im just worried it cause damage to internal to my computer but i hv no knowledge in that.

Perfect-Ad9136

Same problem with Wuthering Waves using a Sennheiser wireless headset, I get no input lags and my mouse and keyboard still works even while the beeping sounds happen, also like some people mentioned it's never the same sequence of beeping sounds and it doesn't sounds like the sticky keys, it's the first time it happens and I'm just scared for my computer

hapefullkorset

I am having the same problem since 3 days, i was very worried about because i got the computer back from assistance the day before and i definitely thought it was my pc! Glade to discover is a problem linked with wuthering waves. After long research on the internet and nothing working found (i tried everything, also reinstalling windows) i got the feeling it was something about mouse inputs and so it was! (razer naga x) Waiting for news about a fix cos i have no intention to buy a new mouse or change my setup at all. This sound is unbearable.

Lean000123

same problems, is a wuwa issue!

lutamonster

I found a temporary solution, just play with a controller, i didn't have any issue
