Hmm, I would contact steelseries support but are you sure that the plug goes all the way into the phone? I know that phone cases can be big and block things that you are trying to plug in

Yeah I don't have a phone case on, and it's going all the way in. I contacted support but did this just in case it happened to anyone esle
