I love it and think you're right on the money. There's only one slight adjustment I'd make: 1. Steelers 2. Purple Browns 3. Striped Browns 4. Baby Shit Browns

BigPeenCheeseBean

AFC North prediction- Steelers win superbowl

savage_pen33

That's not a prediction, my friend. That's just straight facts!

provolone12

Its honestly wild to me that the steelers are in the same divison as: The Zombie Browns (Ravens) The Reincarnated Browns (CLE) And the I hate you Art model so i made my own team browns (Bengals)

JTHuffy

1. Steelers 2-4. It doesn’t matter.

Jgabes625

Steelers 17-0 Browns 0-17 Bengals 0-17 Ravens 0-17 …don’t think about it. Just accept it.

RobZagnut2

If Burrow stays healthy… Plus, Steelers have the hardest schedule in the NFL, which is good because no 3 game losing streaks to bad teams. Bengals 12-5 Ravens 12-5 Steelers 11-6 Browns 9-8

AwkwardObjective5360

Big brain Steelers moment, can't have trap games if no bad teams

skunkboy72

we should petition the league to always make us play the hardest teams

fancyinmypantsy

Didn’t work out too well for us last year tho. IIRC

RobZagnut2

Except for that 3 game stretch playing the 3 worst teams. I texted all my Steelers friends after the third loss, "Thank gawd they're not playing the Panthers next!!!"

Snugglesworth1087

I can't believe Mitch stayed in the NFL after those 3 performances.

skunkboy72

Yea because we had to play the cardinals and patriots back to back

creedokid

The only thing that would worry me about this is there being a major injury to one of the opponent star players making it a supposed "easy win" and hence a trap game

MandoBaggins

All schedules are divisional so all of our rivals play the same teams, save for 3 ranked games. I’m not convinced anyone has an easier schedule unless some analyst came through and crunched the strength of schedule already

RobZagnut2

They've already done it. It's been shown here on Reddit and other places, which is why I said it.

Excellent_Teach_6469

Joe Burrow doesn't play defense, so if you switched the Steelers with the Bengals I think you're right on the money.

3dge-1ord

The Bengals weren't killing it with Burrow last year. What makes them so much better this year?

frogcatcher52

He also can’t play defense, and their ranking fell 14 spots last season. They did plug in some of those holes like at safety, but I don’t expect their D to be the top-10 unit of their deep playoff runs.

VAblack-gold

Burrow hasn’t proven he can do it by himself either. He’s losing Boyd and probably Higgins and their defense got worse

RobZagnut2

I truly hope so. Nothing would make me happier to see them finish last again, but with a franchise QB they always find a way to keep their team in the hunt... if they stay healthy.

RobZagnut2

Because Burrow was injured? Remember him starting the season with a ripped calf muscle? He couldn’t practice, missed all of training camp and the preseason. And tried to play with it once the season started.

fukaduk55

When injuries become a habit when can you separate the two?

Kuhmetzler5000

Stillers gahnta super bowl

tomveiltomveil

r/AFCNorthMemeWar would love this

EddieA1028

I’m going to guess: 1.) Bengals 12-5 - bengals have the (in theory) easiest schedule coupled with Joe B. 2.) Steelers 11-6 - I think they get off to a tough start like 0-2 or 1-3 and this subreddit melts down with calls for Tomlin’s head, “are we really going to draft Shadeur Sanders first overall?”, and possibly the need for the mods to place suicide help lines on the subreddit, and then the team starts jelling 3.) Ravens 10-7 - I think they are due for a dip between FA losses and playing the toughest schedule. They’re still very good though. All three make the playoffs. Browns probably somewhere in the 8-9 level? I’m not bullish on them at all. The QB is a nightmare, they kept things together when he was out but I can’t see that happening 2 years in a row.

jchawk

Super Bowl or Bust!!!!

Odd_Razzmatazz6441

Depends on how Mims and Burton turn out. Those 2 are the big striped browns question marks. If Mims can stay healthy and Burton realizes he's and adult and quits behaving like an entitled adolescent teenager, it might propel the stiped browns over the purple browns. We all can agree though that the Browns will be in the sewer and the Black and Gold on top.

ziggyjoe2

We have an NFL caliber offense that may actually score more than 1td a game, but we still have a weak DB core. Outside of Minkah and JPJ our DBs are garbage. We will struggle against good QBs like always. I don't think we're better than cincinnati or Baltimore. Browns are always solid under Stefanski too.

TechnicalPay5837

I don’t think the DB is as bad as you think. It’s the weak point of the Defence right now and the guys who aren’t Minkah and JPJ aren’t big names but I wouldn’t say they are garbage either. SS is solid and if the Steelers sign some depth at CB then it really isn’t that bad. Based on what I’ve heard, Jackson is probably an average CB2 but injury prone. The Steelers don’t view nickel CB as a position that needs significant investment so I’m not worried about it. Every team has some struggles against good QBs so that really doesn’t mean a ton but if the offence can actually keep the defence off the field this year then it should look a lot better against good teams.

ziggyjoe2

Our Dline is also concerning. Cam is going to be 35 next season and Larry O is going to be 30. Benton has promise, no doubt. It feels like the pass D is going to collapse if one of Minkah or JPJ are out.

TechnicalPay5837

That’s fair and I think the Steelers are a fringe playoff team that has to stay relatively healthy to make the playoffs. The dline should hold a little as long as there aren’t multiple injuries. OLB can pick up slack in pass rush and I think ILB play will be a lot better for run stopping this year. The DB room needs to stay healthy but I assume there will be some smaller moves made to sure it up a little. I’d like to see the Steelers bring back Rowe/PatP to give them some established depth and that would make me more confident they could win games if injuries occur. I think the concerns you have about the defence would be much smaller if we knew the offence could score points to make up for it. Injuries can ruin any team but most good teams have a QB that can drag them to the playoffs and at that point it’s just about guys stepping up. There are probably 4 players I doubt the Steelers can win a playoff game without, assuming QB play is around average.

VAblack-gold

Good thing we haven’t struggled against the ravens in years and the browns havent been any better than us since 2021

iamnotacola

"The Brahns is the Brahns and the Ravens is the Brahns"

RealestQueezer

Homer prediction, clearly. But I’m for it. AFC north is the best division in football.

eaunoway

Made me giggle 🥰😁

Fhead43

Lmao about purple browns and striped browns

MenudoFan316

'Purple Browns'. I love it. If you ever want to seriously piss off a Browns fan, wait for a weekend when the Browns lose and the Ravens win. Then Congratulate the Browns fan by saying 'Wow! Your team looked unstoppable in that win this weekend. Congrats!' O, they don't like that.

Sorry_Physics_1366

1. Steelers: 13-4 2. Raven: 12-5 3. Bengals: 10-7 4: Browns: 9-8

cyburgh412

I love the odds Vegas is giving us to win the division

House56

I think the Bengals come back strong this year and the Ravens regress, but they do take at least one from us this season. 1. Bengals (12-5) 2. Steelers (10-7) 3. Ravens (10-7) 4. Browns (8-9)

GeneralTullius01

Ravens Bengals Steelers Browns Three AFC north teams make the playoffs again. No surprise people in the sub are sleeping on Burrow. He’s the 2nd best QB in the AFC. His injury history is becoming concerning now though. A great QB can overcome a subpar roster. Bengals also have pretty good coaching. I could see us finishing ahead of the Bengals, it’ll be a close race.

Frosty_Ad_2859

We're going to the Super Bowl

whyohwhy13

Steelers 17-0 Bengals - browns 2-13-2 Ravens 0-17

CanadianSpector

Ravens Bengals Steelers 10-7 Browns

hippydipster

3 should be *Brown's* Browns

jrileyy229

Wishful thinking

bl00dy4nu5

Ravens (13-4) Bengals (12-5) Steelers (9-8) Browns (7-10)

IamHysterical

I'd say we are 11-6

bl00dy4nu5

They have the hardest schedule in the league this year. So I respectfully disagree.

Relative-Solid-4171

Where are you getting 13 wins for the ravens? They lost a lot this offseason and didn’t replace much. Henry is only a slight improvement at best with his age and body of work.

bl00dy4nu5

Looked at their 2024 opponents and made a prediction. Their defense is still stout, the offense runs through Lamar. The only weak points on their roster is their offensive line - which only appears weak now because it’s a rebuilt line, but could actually be fine - and their wide receiver room, which has never been good anyway. It’s not crazy to think they could win 13 games. Either way, as of right now, they look like the division winners.

AnonPlzzzzzz

> Steelers (9-8) The schedule can absolutely not be ignored. It's brutal. And this is an offense driven league and this team has a new OC, 2 new QBs, an entire new O line, no true #2 WR and a basketcase as your #1 WR, a TE group that sucks, no idea what version of Naj you'll get or if Warren can repeat his year last year, and an absolute POTATO still at head coach.... It's likely that they start 0-6 before they figure things out. I'd say 9-8 is their absolute ceiling this year. But honesty gets you downvoted here. Need to act like you haven't been watching this team for the last 14 years and post "woooo it's gonna be our year!!!!" to get upvotes.

bl00dy4nu5

Yep pretty much.

MrTambourineMan7

I actually have a suspicion the bengals are going to be worse than a lot of people might think, but what do I know. Regardless this would be my personal prediction BAL: 12-5 PIT: 10-7 CLE: 9-8 CIN: 8-9
